You suggested a setting that's overplayed to death in games these days - modern day Manhattan. I am facepalming so hard at that. Prototype, Crysis 2, every sandbox Spider-Man game. You have loads of those, and nobody wants another game in modern NY.

Plus yeah, it's an excellent idea, having modern enemies. With guns. When the series is mainly about close combat, without automatic weaponry. Except it's not.

I'm not even gonna say anything about that bit about history manipulation. You've either completely missed the entire point of the games, or are ignorant on purpose.

TL;DR, your suggestion is noted. AND IGNORED. LAND.
