Just so we're clear, I do not agree with his assertions about Islam. I've studied Arabian and Islamic history at length as well. It is not a black-and-white story, and I do not believe that Islam or its founders endorse(s/d) terrorism or indoctrinate(s/d) its practitioners to hate all non-Muslims. However, I didn't wish to provoke a theological debate.
