i remember when in sanctuary desmond got vision about ezio using the trap door thing(the one that kill a guard)

i remember that ezio use english and some italian...but he is out from animus....so how can ezio use english????was the genetic memory can translate its own language?so wha animus important in using animus translation thing that rebecca install???
