Smoke bombs

Smoke Bombs , when thrown on the floor by Ezio, blind and stun guards in the vicinity. This is useful when trying to esacpe to buy some time. It can also be used offensivly , as guards are open to assasination whilst stunned. Smoke bombs can be brought at the blacksmiths.
