The blowpipe was a weapon that was used by the French-African Assassin Aveline de Grandpré, and functioned in a similar way to the poison darts. It was a silent and deadly weapon, used from long range.

Aveline had possessed two different types of ammunition for the blowpipe, the first would silently and quickly kill, while the other would have caused a slower and more dramatic death.

Trivia

• The stealth dart used for ammunition for the blowpipe most likely came from the crossbow/arrow bolts concept.
