Huh? Eve may not even be a person. They just said her DNA is the key, but it could be a memory sequence from his Mom's side of the family. She could have descended from a distinct line of Assassins that connect to Eve. If Lucy were a descendant of Eve, I highly doubt Juno would kill her to get her DNA when their technology is WAY too advanced to have to resort to primitive methods such as blood spilling. However, AC:B did say the scales would be balanced by a sacrifice, don't know if this was in a literal sense or not.
