It could very well be Liberation, but that does not explain why it's snowing. As brought out below, it doesn't snow in Louisiana, and I personally don't see any reason why Aveline would go to New England in Liberation. However, it is not out of the realm of possibility that she does at some point, and that would either make this scene from AC3, or it's a fake.
