The whole "you are the research analyst" thing Ubi is trying to throw at us seemed ridiculous from the get-go. I'm expecting the research analyst to eventually get an official name, but I doubt it will be Aiden Pearce.

If anything, Pearce would probably be in the Erudito Collective, due to being against the Blume Corporation, which, based on the "easter eggs" in ACIV, is in cahoots with Abstergo. Maybe Watch Dogs is Ubi's way of expanding the Erudito Collective, since a lot of fans are interested in it.
