That's not necessarily true...Aveline could still be younger, but initiated sooner than Connor. He could've been born 5 years before her, as an example, and joined at 25, while she, being 5 years younger, could've joined and started taking out Templars at 20. So she could just have more experience in handling the Templars while being younger. We still don't know when Connor was born; we just know it was before the Revolutionary War.
