Better hardware, which leads to better graphics and overall better experience

Steam.

A community without 12 years old screaming at you every 5 seconds. They use text, if anything.

Better gaming experience, sharper controls.

Higher resolutions, and as he said, you dont worry about RRoD or YLoD

Cons:
