That implies that the Templars were only capable on being on one side. Then, when we mentioned that they don't pick sides, it suddenly changed to:
"...but it would more sense to have more on the British side..."
Key words being "more on the British side", which means you just backpedaled your original statement and included that there were Continental Templars.
