If Americans actually rage over seeing Americans dying, we would all look stupid for demanding it, and the marketing team will look like the bright ones. And it will only cause American slandering. I doubt anybody would get angry.

And Rome, that is EXACTLY the problem. The British have been shown as desmons, the Americans as the perfect opressed good guys.
