There hasn't been proof of a second hidden blade. If you compare the images on that picture and the one on this blog, the hand which he's holding the pistol and the tomahawk are the same.

Also, I'd rather not have a second hidden blade. Having one only is kind of a throwback to AC1, which represents a refresh of the series if you get what I'm trying to say.
