I realize that the dates don’t add up. (I forgot to add that when I was posting the pictures.)

As for the poster of a New York man in Chicago…

Abstergo does business in Chicago and around the world. Desmond was kidnaped by Abstergo. Logically the assassins would put up posters of Desmond in the cities Abstergo would take Desmond in case anyone saw him. (This is if Assassin's Creed and Watch_Dogs take place in the same universe.)

This is completely hypothetical, but it would be a great Easter egg or connection. 

I would also like to point out that I didn’t say it was definitely a picture of Desmond. I only said it looked similar. And I admitted that the picture was pixilated and wondered if anyone could get a better look. 

It was just a possibility.
