By that, she means that Abstergo Entertainment is responsible for the "dirty money" by creating vapid entertainment products filled with lies to create money that Abstergo Industries can use to fund various projects, likely medical in nature.

If as you said “Abstergo Entertainment is responsible for the ‘dirty money’…” doesn’t that mean they are corrupt?
And if Lemay didn’t know the dark side of Abstergo why would Laetitia say it in Lemay’s presence?
Liberation was designed to push Templar values. And as you said “…filled with lies to create money…” If Leamay knew the games were full of lies, doesn’t that mean she knows Abstergo is pushing the Templar point of view?
And while Abstergo is partially a pharmaceutical company, wouldn’t they use the money to hunt down the remaining Assassins or search for Pieces of Eden and Precursor sites? (They are still Templars.)
Why would Laetitia call her own company corrupt? No, she's just saying that Abstergo Entertainment is a way of gaining revenue for Abstergo Industries own projects, which are more important. There's no reference here to there being an actual Templar side to the company, Laetitia is just talking about the Kenway project.
Abstergo Entertainment gets orders from up high, they don't necessarily know they are pushing Templar values. Also the "filled with lies" bit are my words, Melanie probably doesn't see it that way (and she wasn't even on the Liberation project). To her, it's all just editing to make the entertainment product the most enjoyable.
And I said "likely in medical nature", because Abstergo Industries is publicly, a pharmaceutical company, which is what Melanie would most likely know them as.
