Assassin Guild
The Assassins Guild is opened after a memory during Sequence 4 (Den of Thieves), and is located at Ezio Auditore's Tiber Island Hideout. Its purpose is to recruit potential Assassins, and assist citizens across Rome in their fight against the Borgia. Assassin recruits gain experience by being called to fight guards and by being sent on contracts.
The Assassins Guild can be controlled outside of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood when the game is connected to Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy.
Locations

The guild can be accessed throughout many places in Rome. It can be accessed by the map on a desk in Ezio's Hideout, the many pigeon coops spread throughout Rome, and the 12 Assassin towers (converted Borgia towers).
Guild Management
Multiple options are available under the Assassin menu. Armor and Weaponry can be upgraded via skill points, which are gained upon leveling up, with one skill point per level. Each additional rank under Armor or Weaponry grants the recruit an additional piece of equipment, or a more powerful weapon. Additionally, the color of a recruit's uniform may be changed (though this has no impact on gameplay besides aesthetics) until they have reached the rank of Assassino.

Ceremony
Upon one or more recruits reaching the Assassino rank, a ceremony is held at the Tiber Island Hideout. The recruit's left ring finger is branded with the Assassin mark, and they perform a Leap of Faith from the roof of the Hideout. After this, the Assassino gains full health squares, attains the highest strength, and is permitted to wear clothing similar to Ezio's Master Assassin robes (though you no longer have the option to change its color). These robes will remain Assassin White. However, depending on the dye used on a certain recruit before gaining the rank of Assassino, the cape will have a certain color that corresponds to that dye, albeit not the same color as it would appear on Ezio if his cape were to be dyed.
Challenges
- 25 Assassin Recruits signaled during a fight
- 15 Arrow Storms
- 20 Assassin Recruits signaled to kill a target
- 5 Assassin Recruits signaled within a core memory

Upon completing all of these challenges, the player unlocks the Assassins Guild Crest at the hideout, as well as the Sword of Altaïr.
Trivia
- The Assassin Mark is not visible on the Assassin Recruit's ring finger after the ceremony.
