Alfred Fleming was the chief of Queen Victoria's secret service, a group which guarded her Majesty secretly. He participated in several special operations, like Operation: Dynamite Boat Operation: Locomotive, Operation: Drive for Lives and Operation: Westminster. He would often be helped by the Frye Twins, Jacob and Evie, to kill his targets, members of a group that aimed to overthrow Queen Victoria.
