Reasoning: Ivan the Terrible was one of the most important figures of the 16th century, and helped build one of the largest and most powerful empires in history. Now imagine him holding a Staff and Apple of Eden as the most powerful Templar in the world. That combined with Russia's beautiful architecture, the wilderness of Siberia (animals included) and a dramatic storyline would make a fantastic game.
