1. He still has his bracers on after being captured, in the game they're removed.
2. When Ezio gets dragged to the tower, the Assassin insignia on the floor (near the training area) is the wrong one, and it's bigger.
3. Ezio's sword looks different.
4. This is very minor, his red sash is bigger and in better condition than in the game.
5. Ezio is seen sailing to Constantinople BEFORE he reaches Masyaf. I'm just assuming Constantinople though.
6. Ezio's LEFT Hidden Blade is broken. In-game it is his right.
7. His robes seem more...dark than in the game.
Any more that I missed? Yes, he's 51, the memory takes place in March 1511; he was born on the 24th of June 1459.
