See, this is one of the reasons why the series is turning mediocre - I have to dig through all those side tidbits like novels and comics to get a full understanding of the -game-, because they leave out key things.

Like Connor finding Haytham's journal after his assassination - nobody knew what the fuck that word in Mohawk was under Haytham's painting in the manor and that Connor had regrets about killing him, until the Forsaken info came to light - that sort of shit shouldn't happen.
