Altaïr had problems to make the hidden blade because the material to do it was very hard and rare to find, so you expect to him to make a piece of eden, a thing with great powers only with the knowledge of the apple or any material? plus he probably would mention it on the codex if he really made one. I'm sorry, but this sounds too stupid to discuss and they never said that the weapon was a piece of eden despite being the most probable choice. Now I understand, Sima, why you really don't like these noobs, making crazy theories from nothing and without a good base. XD
