Personally, I think that if they put all three ancestors and Desmond into one movie they would completely screw the story. When Peter Jackson did the LOTR trilogy, he filmed it over 1.5 to 2 years, but they released them over three different years. Maybe they could do the same here, and have a respective film to Altair, Ezio, and Connor, with Desmond sort of on the side as he has been throughout the franchise. That way, they could (hopefully) make a film retelling of the franchise without mucking it up.
