I know a few people on here are hardcore free-runners and martial artists so they could have given a more straigthforward answer than me. What amazes me though it not the rolling aspect (in real life) but when/how urban free runners can land safely from such heights and maintain their momentum and (from what I can tell) injury free (most of the time).
