I meant the people who continuously get into arguments about off-topic subjects who keep completely ignore every warning given. It's tiresome. I have a life too, and I don't want to spend it in on here 24/7 to stop petty squabbles like I keep seeing here, or spend it dealing with smart-ass users and anons. If you guys can't handle conversing with Joker without starting an argument (which I admit is hard), simply don't talk or respond to him. Joker's behavior is a different matter that will be attended to later.
