And yes I know of plenty of English comics that are adults-only or mature and have good stories but those aren't an industry and they take nods towards manga more than comics. If you read something the same way you would read a DC or Marvel comic, then it is a comic. A manga is completely different and a looooooooot better.(mainly because they aim at all ages unlike English comics) If you love good story-lines(among other things), then that's the place. And yes I know of plenty of English comics that are adults-only or mature and have good stories but those aren't an industry and they take nods towards manga more than comics. You don't find random people reading those things when you go out do you?
