Yeah, theming would be a CSS tweak - but a pretty easy one. I just added theme tag to Template:Game Infobox/Draft, and used a few lines to the bottom of MediaWiki:Common.css to update the colouring. It now uses the purple of the original Game Infobox template.
Something I just realised: I added the original Game Infobox template eight years ago :D
