Apparently due to a mistake from Ubi, two of Jack the Ripper DLC cutscenes (spoilers) and a video of the skill tree can be found in the video folder of the PC version of the game.
How to find these spoiler by the the guy who originaly found it: "If you would like to see them for yourself, you must have AC Syndicate for the PC, download RAD Tools (the first one here http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm). When you do that, just go to where you installed the game, open the VIDEOS folder and play the titles that have DLC written. Enjoy!"
