Well, we know for a fact that Iltani was part of a group of Assassins, as her final scroll in Chronicles: India specifically has her mentioning her "brothers" and hoping that the recipe for her poison would serve "the Order".
Similarly, Brutus was part of a group of at least forty Assassins when they assassinated Caesar in 44 BCE.
And that's not even mentioning the whole thing with Eve leading a group of Assassins during the Human-Isu War.
