As of this moment the map only lists 30/31 wells, but I think I just found the missing marker. Still hunting them down and just found another unmarked one (probably the one we're actually looking for) next to a bomb crafting station above and to the north-east of the Arsenal. it's not all that far from one of the other wells. | |||
