The Abstergo Email Network is the internet email service used by Abstergo employees in the first Assassin's Creed. It is the Templar alternative to the Hephaestus Email Network used by Desmond Miles and the other Assassins in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
There are a total of three laptops, each containing emails sent to, from and deleted by its user. Desmond can gain access to each device through out the duration of the game.
