Can you please provide some proof that you were granted permission to upload and use [[:File:British Assassins Guild Flag by Okiir.jpg|this]] image on to the Wiki? Also, I'm afraid "The artist was approached and asked permission to use his piece of work on this site pertaining to the the ACFanon: Assassinica Britannica. Proof of this request can be provided on request" isn't a licence, it's a statement.
