Let me explain something to you. The Templars ''are'' atheist, and sorry for the spoiler if you haven't played the whole main series, but the Templars knew of Those Who Came Before, that instantly makes them atheist, as TWCB is ''not'' God. They used the Pieces of Eden to control the people around them to, for example, make them fight, like Napoleon or Genghis Khan did. Don't take AC seriously either, it's not real. But one thing is true about the Templars being religious. They weren't. They only used it as a cover up, so that no one knew of their [[New World Order|plans]].<br />
