Alex, what Master Sima is trying to tell you is that you have to go any member's talk page and edit their entire talk page as it is, just as you would an article... Now I'm not sure how to provide you with the necessary coding as I'm still new here but I beleive I know exactly what you must do to attain the ceremonial white box. Yes, I realize you could have been talking about your lack of a white box... I would ask one of the admins, Sima or Vatsa. I think you may need to make an edit to an article but... I could be wrong.
