About me
Hello people, my name is Caio. Video games in general have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, my first console being the SNES back in the mid to late 90s. I've been a fan of AC ever since I got my PS3 back in 2009. I like all the main AC games and some of the other media surrounding the AC universe.
AC has been more than just a game to me in many ways. It has a narrative layer that touches on many philosophical subjects and makes the player ask many questions, about freedom, about ethics, that have real meaning. Also, it's one of the few gaming franchises that justifies any changes in it's core. Many game series have only a narrative link between the games, but AC explains these links, justifes the changes and lays the ground for the next games, which is something that I find lacking in the industry. Not saying that AC is the only series that does this, but it's one of the ones that does it well. And, at the end of day, it's a bad ass game. The player takes on the role of an assassin, that can do parkour and kills templar. Dream life, if you ask me. Jumping around and saving the day are definitely things I'd wanna do for a job.
Don't get me wrong, the dev team for AC has made some mistakes over the games and I recognise them but that doesn't take all the shine way from it. Not in my eyes, at least.
Anyway, I'd be more than happy to help around in the comunity, so if anyone has anything they'd like to discuss or any jobs that need doing, I'm not an expert but give it my best.
