In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, several outfits are available to those who complete certain challenges. Once an outfit is unlocked and equipped, it will alter Ezio's costume, but (unlike armor) it will not affect any other gameplay elements.
Outfits included in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood are:
Outfits completely unlockable by solely playing
Plain Cape
Unlocked from the beginning.
Auditore Cape
Unlocked after rebuilding rome completely to 100%.
Borgia Cape

Unlocked after removing all 101 Borgia flags in Rome.
Desmond skin
Unlockable via attaining 100% syncronization in Sequence 8.
Raiden Skin

Unlocked by completing every Virtual Training challenge with at least bronze medal.

Outfits unlockable through Uplay
Florentine Noble Attire
The Florentine Noble attire is worn by Ezio Auditore during the beginning of Assassin's Creed II,
up until the moment that his father tells him to retrieve the Assassin's robes from their home. In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, the Noble Attire is a Uplay reward, available for 20 Uplay points and it also appears in the first Cristina misson.
Armor of Altaïr

Worn only during Sequence 1, and the last Cristina Memory.
