Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood downloadable content refers to content released separately from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and implemented into the game at a later date.

Limited edition content
The following content can be unlocked via special versions of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood or by downloading The Da Vinci Disappearance.
- Aqueducts - secret location
- Trajan's Market - secret location
- Helmschmied Drachen Armor - outfit
- Harlequin - multiplayer character
- Officer - multiplayer character
Uplay content
- Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Theme (10U) - Download the Uplay exclusive Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Theme for your Xbox 360/PS3 console.
- Florentine Noble Attire (20U) - Outfit Ezio in the clothes he wore as a Florentine nobleman.
- Armor of Altaïr (20U) - Outfit Ezio in Altaïr's armor.
- Altaïr's Robes (20U) - Outfit Ezio in Altaïr's Assassin robes.
- Gun Capacity Upgrade (30U) - Increase gun capacity to 10 bullets.
- Unlock the Hellequin (40U) - Play as the Hellequin in multiplayer.
Project Legacy Capes
The House of Medici Cape is unlocked to wear after players sync their game to Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy, once they complete the Auditore Mnemonic set. This cape does not affect notoriety and cannot be dyed.
Along with the Medici Cape, the Venetian Cape is also unlocked to wear after players sync their game to Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy, once they complete the Auditore Mnemonic set. This cape does not affect notoriety and cannot be dyed.
They are also included in the uPlay 'Foreign Supply Packs #1' and #2 for the Ezio Collection with one being in each.
