In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Cheats have been added to make gameplay more interesting. They are unlocked by getting 100% synchronization with all of the memories in any sequence. The cheats are only usable while replaying a memory.
Cheats
Ride the Unicorn: Makes all horses unicorns and makes all swords glow.
Buns of Steel: Makes Ezio invincible. Killing Spree: Assassinations cannot be blocked
