Francesco de'Pazzi's Leap of Faith
It's interesting that Francesco de'Pazzi leapt from the Palazzo della Signoria and (probably) landed in a haystack. Is that worth mentioning? It's a considerable height. --Tigan Barkwater Why not chat? 08:53, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
Wagon of fish??.....
I've seen all the hay and leaves but never a wagon of fish..... Where is this??......EchoAltair 01:35, June 7, 2010 (UTC)
- I think it was stated in a AC2 preview months before the game release, but it turned out wrong. Go ahead, remove it. -- D. Cello 03:13, June 7, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh right, I just thought they were in an area I didn't pay attention to or something.... I shall remove it now.....EchoAltair 12:13, June 7, 2010 (UTC)
I think it's sort of annoying how there was a message stating Lucy moved the bales of materials in order to make navigation of the Animus 'Easier'. What happene if it spawned inside a person, or she re-wrote history by putting it there? And does this mean that te Assassins were also far less skillful in the Leap Of Faith than the game depicts?
I know it's true and everything, but seriously, Ubisoft..... TheDragonAndTheApple 22:35, January 13, 2011 (UTC)
- You DO realize the Animus is a REPLAY of thigs, and not a time machine, right? It only shows what already happened, you CAN'T change history x.x Go sit in the corner and think about what you wrote XD -- D. Cello 01:15, January 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Lol, okay, scratch the part about spawning inside people. But I still think it's kind of downtoning the Assassin's awesomeness by 'adding' bales of shizz to LOF into. And back to your point, how can Lucy modify history by placing the bales in different locations TheDragonAndTheApple 12:20, January 21, 2011 (UTC)
- Well, she doesn't modify hsitory cause the Animus IS NOT A FREAKING TIME MACHINE! ¬¬
As she says, she added little bits of code into the simulation to make memory navigation easier. If she hadn't done that, you would almost never do a Leap of Faith, since you can't do it on the ground. -- D. Cello 15:13, January 21, 2011 (UTC)
"Leap of Fake"

Well then, please do it so this part can be added properly. Both the picture and the dub came from a national reviewer, so while i may have made a mistake at its name, there is not anything that proves the "Leap of Fake" isn't real.

- Wait until the game is out before we add to existing articles. We have no idea how much info we currently have is actually accurate. --Crimson Knight Intercom 01:03, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
- Exactly what picture and what dub are you referring to? I've never heard of this "Leap of Fake" as funny as the name is. If it was mentioned by a dev during an interview, it was probably a joke. As it stands, there's nothing that proves it is real. Stormbeast ♉ The Helpful Place 01:04, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
- I left a link to a picture which depicts Arno falling from a building with his legs bent, directly towards a beam with no Haybale/Water/Wagon to be seen. If you don't know what i'm talking about, then you did not check the link. i'll leave two pictures here and here. It was not mentioned by a dev, it was (As i said before) depicted by a gaming reviews site who gave it this "funny" name because it doesn't fit in the molds of an fully-fledged Leap of Faith, yet the similarities can't be ignored.
- (Adding a little bit here, i made a slight mistake. Max Spielberg did mention joking about the possibility about not needing the Leap of Faith anymore due to the improvement of the ascending and descending Parkour system.)

- Based on the pictures, Ubisoft called this "controlled descent", though I doubt it needs to be mentioned on the article. Your "Leap of Fake" was coined by a random person not affiliated with Ubisoft. Stormbeast ♉ The Helpful Place 01:19, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, i said that about the name before. I confirmed, the name is a joke. Even then, read this.
