I don't think there is any information to suggest that a Davenport, Mass. Exists. Furthermore, given the map, it seems that "Homestead" is more on the coast of New Hampshire or Maine. 24.63.120.233 12:32, October 31, 2012 (UTC)

Achilles' last name is Davenport. Could be he adopted it as his last name from the land, or it could be his actual last name, which is used as a possessive in "Davenport Homestead" as it is called in the database. --Kainzorus Prime ^{Walkie-talkie} 13:14, October 31, 2012 (UTC)

If you take a look on the map in game, the Homestead is around what is now Gloucester, Massachusetts. Or thereabouts. The name Davenport comes from Achilles, not the area. --Jjacobmartinn (talk) 15:24, October 31, 2012 (UTC)

It is indeed in New Hampshire, as one of the New Hampshire Assassin Recruit missions is to train at the Manor. So it is somewhere along New Hampshire's 15 miles of coastline. Possibly near Seabrook, as there is an inlet that looks very similar to where the Aquila docks. 132.3.65.68 01:48, November 8, 2012 (UTC)

Background images

Can we just agree that the background images look better for a gallery shoot? I am in favor of the type of picture that lets itself blend into the back of the page but as this function is disabled in the gallery it is not viable.--FossilLord 22:45, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

The Mile's End

I can't believe no one's noticed this yet. The inn that Oliver and Corrine set up on the Davenport Homestead is called "The Mile's End". This is quite obviously a bit of an easter egg and no doubt a little subtle foreshadowing to Desmond Miles' innevitable death at the conclusion of the game and the "end" to his story in the series. Proof of Rockport, MA Location?

Just wondering where this assumption is coming from.  Was it established in Forsaken or some other supplementary materials?  Or confirmed by a developer?  Just because it's in the upper right of the Frontier map (see above) is not good enough.  By that logic Johnstown is between Lexington and the Homestead in the Massachusetts Colony, when it's actually northwest of Albany, New York.  And Pittsburg (Fort Duquesne) is due north of Valley Forge (northwest of Philadelphia), which in turn is due north of Monmouth County, NJ.  The Frontier map is not an accurate source.  132.3.65.79 04:03, April 30, 2013 (UTC)
