Stefano da Bagnone not deserving death?

"Ezio went to the Abbey and was about to make inquiries when one of the priests present recognized him as Stefano da Bagnone's killer nine years previous. The man fled, but Ezio caught up and tackled him. Ezio managed to convince the monk he didn't intend to kill him, since he only slew those who deserved death"

--Taken from the article

Shouldn't Stefano be replaced with Giovanni Mocenigo? Because Stefano did deserve death, he stabbed Lorenzo de' Medici at the duomo and played a huge part in the Pazzi Conspiracy, and I know Ezio didn't kill Giovanni at all, but he's labeled as the killer and by the way he acts afterwards it's like he's just went along with it..

It's been changed back and forth before, can someone give a reason? :D The Thief 22:24, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
