It has actually: there was a massive edit war over whether it was indeed Ezio or simply an incorrect description.  However, the two sources (and they are cited in the article) describe them in two different ways.  Until the respective games and released, we won't have a definite answer.  We simply have to say that our only sources contain conflicting information and move on.

Altair Skin

I'm not sure whether the added picture is appropriate; Since Altair will make an in-game appearance anyway, Ubisoft has most likely remodeled his former look. Should we use the current image as a placeholder or just remove it completely?unsigned comment by StPerkele (talk · contr)

It has actually: there was a massive edit war over whether it was indeed Ezio or simply an incorrect description. However, the two sources (and they are cited in the article) describe them in two different ways. Until the respective games and released, we won't have a definite answer.
