Talk:Animus data fragment

There are 100 Animus fragments and only about I don't know 6 portals all unlocked by 30, two of which don't work. I can only think of one thing; Ubisoft has gotten lazy- Rotionpotion 24.45.232.93 05:21, November 19, 2011 (UTC)

Collecting more than 30 fragments?

Is there any reason at all to bother collecting more than 30 Animus data fragments? I know you get an achievement for getting them all, but in the game is there a reason to go beyond 30? Does it unlock more of those Desmond missions or anything? Eggy2504 09:15, February 19, 2012 (UTC)

Collecting 25 fragments allows you to buy a map of Ishak Pasha's Memoir Pages. Then collecting those 10 pages will unlock Hagia Sophia's Secret to obtain Armor of Ishak Pasha.

I'm not sure. After i've collected 30 fragments and on and on, then appears some notifications. I don't remember exactly what are those. In my recall most of those are unlocks for multiplayer game features. CMIIW

No, because some of us are from the generation when we didn't need an on-screen prompt to feel we've accomplished something. Anyway, 50 fragments reveal the location of the rest on the map automatically, for both cities. Kainzorus Prime ^{Walkie-talkie} 10:32, February 20, 2012 (UTC)
