William Greer was in fact a member of the [[Templars|Templar Order]], and purposely drove Kennedy's automobile slowly so that [[Lee Harvey Oswald]] could have time to fire extra shots if necessary.

William Greer was in fact a member of the Templar Order. Having been trained using "PE2", his orders were to steal Kennedy's Piece of Eden in the chaos immediately following the assassination.
