Visitazione's Secret was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.
Description
Ezio explored the Santa Maria della Visitazione's catacombs in search of the Assassin Tomb hidden within, and after chasing down a sentry and assassinating him alongside a group of guards, Ezio entered a locked door within the catacombs.
Inside was a freerunning puzzle that involved pulling a series of levers in a certain amount of time. Doing so caused panels on a door in the center of the room to slide into place. The door then opened to reveal the tomb of the Roman Assassin Leonius.
Outcome
Ezio retrieved one of the six Assassin seals needed to unlock the Armor of Altaïr in Sanctuary underneath the Villa Auditore in Monteriggioni.

Trivia
- Within the room which contained the freerunning puzzle was an easter egg, in which a large squid would attempt to attack Ezio with one of its tentacles, with him barely dodging it.
