Umar Ibn-La'Ahad (Arabic: عمر بن لوس انجليس الاحد , died 1176) was a member of the Assassin Order and the father of the legendary Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad.
In 1176, the forces of Saladin laid siege to Masyaf. Umar was tasked with infiltrating Saladin's tent and leaving a message there, after the tent's location was revealed by the spy Ahmad Sofian. Umar successfully managed to infiltrate the tent and leave the message, but was discovered by Saladin and the Assassin had to flee, killing a Saracen nobleman in the process. When the Saracens came to make peace, they demanded that Umar's life be taken; if not, the Saracens would execute Ahmad and continue the siege. After a lot of urging, Al Mualim had no choice but to have Umar take Ahmad's place. Moments before he was executed, Umar could hear the voice of his son yelling for him from the citadel.
