Turin is a town in Lewis County in the state of New York in the United States. Turin is the site of a former large First Civilization city, and the location of the Grand Temple.

In the middle of the city was the Grand Temple, an underground complex that functioned as some sort of laboratory. After the human rebellion ignited, the Grand Temple was used by Jupiter, Minerva and Juno to find a countermeasure against an imminent solar flare.[1] Near the end of their research, Minerva discovered Juno's lust for power and evil intentions for the planet, and had Juno confined to the Grand Temple.[2]
