At the age of 24, [[Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad]] returns to Masyaf reaching there he discovers that one Assassin worked work as an undercover spy, until he finally infiltrated the Order and commanded an attack on the city.

Altaïr thrusting his way through the gateway was able to kill one Templar with his [[sword]] another with a [[throwing knives|throwing knife]] that were attacking an Assassin. He asked where [[Al Mualim]] was located; Abbas replied that he was inside the castle when the war started.
