The Censor was a set of brass knuckles made and used during the 19th century.
Adorned with typewriter keys, these knuckles were given in 1888 by the journalist Arthur Weaversbrook as a reward to the British Assassin Evie Frye after she helped him lessen Jack the Ripper's influence within London.[1]
