That's Gonna Leave a Mark is a memory in Assassin's Creed II

Description

While trying to find a way in Emilio Barbarigo's Palazzo, Ezio watched as Rosa and several thieves make an attempt to break in. While climbing the wall, Rosa was shot in the leg by a near by archer, and she curses with agony. Ezio calculated that she might make an important ally, and helped her across the city, defending her from guards. As the fighting continued, Rosa suddenly collapsed and couldn't walk any longer. Ezio then carried her, until they meet up with another thief, who ordered Ezio to put her on a gondola so he could row her back to their hideout. Ezio dealt with any archer who blocked the boat's safe passage, killing them from a distance with his throwing knives, or personally with his hidden blade. When they reach safety, they are met by the leader of the Venetian Thieves Guild, Antonio de Magianis, who tells Ezio to put the enraged Rosa on a table so he can pull the arrow out. Ignoring the threats and curses of Rosa, Antonio introduced himself to the Assassin, and thanked him for saving Rosa's life.

Outcome

Ezio is now an ally of the Theives Guild of Venice, and meets Rosa and Antonio for the first time.
