The Temple of Mithras was a Roman mithraeum in Lunden, England, dedicated to the god Mithras. It was also used by the Order of the Ancients as a base of operations.[1] Another temple in Wincestre was uncovered after Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir found and used a key from Bishop Ealhferth's personal effects.[2]

Behind the scenes
The Temple of Mithras is inaccurately depicted in game as a classical Graeco-Roman style temple, however, the real building had a different structure resembling early Christian churches.[3]
